What is seed paper made from?
At Boxit, our seed paper is tree-free. It is made from post-consumer and post-industrial paper collected from local offices and schools, so no new trees are cut to produce it. The pulp is mixed with seeds (basil, marigold, coriander, wildflowers and more), then dried into sheets of varying thickness (GSM).
How does seed paper work?
To plant: place the paper under a thin layer of soil, keep it moist, and give it sunlight. In Pakistani conditions it germinates well in most cities with the right balance of water and light. For best results, plant within two years of production.
